- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪At closing of my property, it was said I hired this agency. I have had the same lawyer for at least 4 years. The closing I was charged for services rendered. This the title company itself and the Bank would take care of the mortage at no charges and I paid for the buyers agent. Question who hired the lawyer if it wasn't me. I was charged over 7,ooo for all expenses of my closing. I paid over 7, thousand for closing costs.
